Serra

Serra is both the mountain range that which roughly splits Luxtia in half, and the southern quadrant of Luxtia in which the mountain range is located. The northernmost and tallest mountain, Skygrazer, contains the Cirrolite Core. Although the Serra range includes Skygrazer, the region of Serra excludes it.

The light from the Shifting Lands is dim in the south, though the light directly above periodically illuminates the region out of its eternal night.

Its name is a Latin word for a jagged, saw-like mountain range.

Citadels

Serra is split between Saturn and Jupiter, but only Saturn has citadels there. Of those citadels, only Rhea is in service; Titan is mostly abandoned because of its fire and its proximity to the Shifting Lands.
