Ganymede is a central city and citadel in Jupiter's Candeo region.

Geography

Ganymede is located in the far west of Luxtia, downstream the {{WESTERN RIVER}} from Europa. It is the closest city to the {{TUNNEL_WEST}}, and it is the furthest city from Skygrazer in Candeo.

Prior to The Shattering, the Serra mountains rendered a lot of Candeo a desert, especially around Ganymede. Now, Ganymede is still dry, save for the {{WESTERN RIVER}}, but it is quite warmer than before.

Citadel

Ganymede's citadel specializes in manufacturing industries. It processes raw material it receives primarily from Io and Europa. A majority of excavator crews is based in Ganymede due to its proximity to {{TUNNEL_WEST}}.

Power

The city is located near, and responsible for servicing, a large solar farm. They are in the process of replacing older panels that are nearing the end of their service life.
