Agno is an adult beaver. He is one of the four protagonists of The New Low.

Personality

Agno is hardy, solitary, and stubborn. He speaks with a heavy Adori accent.

He silently judges other fae, especially in social situations. He picks up on others' insecurities very well. He seldom speaks these thoughts, however; he prefers to wait until he has tangible evidence to corroborate whatever his opinions are.

Agno absolutely loves digging and spelunking. He values physical labor in general, believing office, lab, and service jobs to be boring despite having never worked one.

Backstory

Agno's parents were both immigrants from Adoria, though Agno himself was born in Luxtia.

As a kit, he yearned for the mines. He would make every effort to stray away from classes and family in order to explore whatever crevice or tunnel he would spot. He took up urban exploration in his early adolescence, occasionally finding himself escorted to his parents by police. They did not want their son to grow up a criminal, so they grew strict.

The Shattering

Ancient Relics

While spelunking, Agno came across a system of spacious caves with cirrolite growths. The carvings in the cavern walls appeared to describe The Shattering with unusual precision, complete with a map of Luxtia just as it appears today. Further carvings provide instructions for reaching the Cirrolite Core and distributing it along "ley lines" across Luxtia.
